Light-hearted night of home nations music

Following their highly acclaimed performance of St Matthew Passion in April of this year, the Wombourne and District Choral Society are now busy practising for their next concert which is entitled ‘The Best of British’.
This will be a light-hearted celebration of the four home nations of the British Isles, in folksongs and ballads, poetry and readings, from a variety of periods up to the present day.The concert will be held on Saturday 15th July 2017…
