Topping Out The Harborne Academy

Harborne Academy celebrated the topping out of its brand new £12million building (Tuesday 21 May).
High Sheriff for the West Midlands Dame Christine Braddock DBE had the honour of topping out the school by finishing a small area of concrete screed at the highest level.
